How do I know if my insurance is accepted?
Give us a call and we can run your insurance information through the eligibility checker and tell you if you are in network, require a referral or prior authorization, or have a co pay.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please dress in comfortable clothes that allow for the affected body part to be exposed and assessed if deemed necessary by the therapist. Tennis shoes are preferred. Have your insurance card ready to be scanned in as well.
